As our CRM Automation Specialist, you’ll play a key role in building and optimizing high-performing lifecycle campaigns across email, push, and in-app. You’ll work at the intersection of data, tools, and customer experience, turning smart segmentation into real engagement and growth.

This role is hybrid (1-2 days/week in the office) and open in Barcelona.

What you’ll drive:

  • Own CRM audience segmentation and automation logic across using Bloomreach platform.
  • Execute high-impact lifecycle and growth campaigns - briefs, content requests, QA, execution - across multiple markets and languages.
  • Monitor and optimize key campaign metrics: open rates, CTRs, conversions, retention, and ROI.
  • Build and refine workflow rules, data validation, and approval flows to support scalable CRM operations.
  • Support stakeholders across the company with CRM targeting, campaign delivery, and performance insights.
  • Diagnose and resolve campaign issues with speed and precision.

What you'll deliver in first 12 months:

  • Optimize key automated workflows (onboarding, reactivation, upsell, win-back), leading to a 15–20% lift in engagement or conversion rates.
  • Launch and analyze A/B tests across at least 3 core campaigns, unlocking learnings that directly inform audience strategy and messaging.
  • Build a scalable audience segmentation framework used by multiple teams, increasing CRM targeting efficiency by 20%.
  • Create new reporting dashboards that help Marketing to make faster, more informed decisions.
  • Become proficient in the marketing automation platform and effectively diagnose and resolve technical issues related to campaigns, workflows, and integrations.

What sets you apart:

  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience with modern CRM or messaging automation platforms (e.g., Bloomreach, Iterable, HubSpot, SFMC).
  • Strong knowledge of segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.
  • Comfort working with KPIs, CRM data structures, and GDPR requirements..
  • Sharp organization skills and very detail-oriented - you get things done fast without dropping the ball.
  • Clear communicator who thrives in cross-functional, international teams.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and HTML for targeting and templates.
