Maintenance CRM Consultant

We're seeking a Maintenance CRM Consultant to ensure the smooth operation of client CRM solutions, managing system configurations, and providing advanced support to keep everything running efficiently.

This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in our Barcelona office.

Responsabilidades principales

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Tickets: Resolve advanced issues and escalate complex ones to the technical team.
• Change Management: Monitor system changes, manage permissions, and maintain security.
• System Maintenance: Handle data imports/exports and troubleshoot cron job errors.
• Configuration and Customization: Implement system adjustments, manage dispatches, and oversee user settings.
• Client Engagement: Build strong client relationships and understand their unique system needs.

Requirements:

Technical Skills:

• Advanced system support experience, SQL Server expertise is a must.
• Experience with Crystal Reports and API will be an asset. JavaScript is a plus.
• Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish. Other European languages (Portuguese, Italian, German) are a bonus.

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
• Experience: 2+ years in a support/maintenance role, preferably in SaaS/Tech.
