About this Position

As a Plant Controlling Analyst, you will play a key role in driving financial transparency and efficiency across our manufacturing operations in Ukraine. This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate closely with plant management, analyze key cost drivers, and support strategic decision-making through accurate financial insights.

What you´ll do

  • Partner with Plant Managers in Ukraine to support monthly performance reviews and closing activities
  • Ensure accuracy of cost, volume, and master data for reliable financial reporting
  • Prepare and analyze product cost calculations and cost center reports
  • Monitor investment projects with a focus on cost control and compliance
  • Track and forecast plant costs and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Collaborate with production teams on cost-saving initiatives and process improvements
  • Support regional projects, share best practices, and ensure alignment with corporate standards

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or in technical fields
  • 2 years of experience in finance or controlling; plant controlling is a plus
  • Fluent in English and Ukrainian is a must
  • SAP and Excel skills; Power BI is a plus
  • Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Detail-oriented and proactive problem-solver
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Motivated, team-oriented, and adaptable with a can-do attitude

Minimum salary: 1900 EUR gross (Of course, an overpayment is possible depending on the respective training, qualification and professional experience. The gross salary is based on these aforementioned criteria and is finally determined after the personal interview).
