What you´ll do
- Close cooperation and partnership with multiple business stakeholders from HCB Global Controlling & Finance in Henkel's HQ
- Compile and analyse monthly Structural cost & FTE reports
- Responsibility for Structural cost & FTE data management - ensure accuracy and completeness of the collected data
- Identify and investigate the variances between budgeted and actual costs
- Accountability for Cost Centers maintenance
- Support the preparation of structural cost and FTE budgets and forecasts
- Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes
- Potential to leverage BI tools to recommend and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in reporting

- Business-related studies, preferably in Finance and Controlling
- Strong analytical skills
- Effective communication skills
- Active level of English, written & spoken
- Solid knowledge of SAP and MS Office tools, particularly MS Excel

Minimum salary: 1700 EUR gross (Of course, an overpayment is possible depending on the respective training, qualification and professional experience. The gross salary is based on these aforementioned criteria and is finally determined after the personal interview).
