The people at UiPath believe in the transformative power of automation to change how the world works. We’re committed to creating category-leading enterprise software that unleashes that power.
To make that happen, we need people who are curious, self-propelled, generous, and genuine. People who love being part of a fast-moving, fast-thinking growth company. And people who care—about each other, about UiPath, and about our larger purpose.
Could that be you?
We’re looking for a Support Engineer to join the team in Jaipur. It’s a customer-facing role that’s all about problem-solving – great for someone who enjoys helping others and has a real interest in tech. It’s especially suited to anyone thinking about a future in Data Engineering, Data Science or Platform Ops. You’ll need some basic knowledge of SQL and Python, but this isn’t a software development job.
Day-to-day, you’ll be working closely with customers, getting to grips with their issues, and helping them troubleshoot problems on the Peak platform and with their deployed applications. You’ll need to be curious, proactive, and comfortable owning a problem from start to finish. If you’re someone who enjoys figuring things out, explaining things clearly, and digging into the root cause of an issue – this could be a great fit.
Maybe you don’t tick all the boxes above—but still think you’d be great for the job? Go ahead, apply anyway. Please. Because we know that experience comes in all shapes and sizes—and passion can’t be learned.
