We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced OMP Solution Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the OMP solution that meets the business requirements of our clients. The OMP Solution Architect will work closely with stakeholders, including business analysts, project managers, and technical teams, to ensure the successful delivery of OMP projects. He is a team player with deep supply chain knowledge and proven coaching and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and architect OMP solutions to meet business requirements and objectives.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Develop detailed technical specifications and documentation for OMP solutions.
  • Lead the implementation and integration of OMP solutions with existing systems.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams during the development and deployment phases.
  • Advise clients on OMP standard approaches to limit customization.
  • Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of OMP solutions.
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments of OMP solutions to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in OMP technologies and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to OMP solutions.
  • Participate in co-innovation initiatives as part of our strategic Alliance with OMP

Let's talk about you

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain planning software implementation
  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect, with OMP solutions.
  • Strong understanding of OMP technologies and frameworks.
  • Experience with system integration and data migration.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications in OMP or related technologies are a must.
  • Minimum 2 years of coaching experience of technical teams

Skills:

  • Proficiency in OMP software and tools.
  • Deep knowledge of supply chain management and operational planning processes.
  • Experience with ERP systems and integration.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing and SaaS solutions.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Management and coaching skills
  • Programming skills is a must
  • Fluency in English
