What you'll do
You will lead the development and maintenance of revenue models for new bookings, renewals, churn, and expansion. Your work will directly inform ARR and MRR forecasts, helping shape company-wide growth targets.
You’ll also deliver scenario-based models to support strategic decisions, pricing changes, and performance risk assessments.
Support annual and quarterly GTM planning by modeling headcount capacity across Sales and Customer Success.
Manage quota assignments and territory design to ensure equitable distribution and strategic alignment, partnering closely with Sales and Finance leadership.
You’ll own the end-to-end SaaS revenue workflow, enforcing consistent stage definitions and improving pipeline hygiene.
Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve sales velocity and forecast accuracy.
You’ll manage the Deal Desk to support non-standard deals, pricing exceptions, and contract reviews.
Act as the central point of coordination between Sales, Legal, Finance, and Product to ensure compliance and smooth approvals.
Build and maintain dashboards in Salesforce and Tableau to track ARR, bookings, churn, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy.
Deliver recurring executive reports with insights into trends, risks, and revenue drivers, supporting strategic decisions with granular analytics.
Collaborate with Marketing on campaign attribution and funnel performance, and with Customer Success on retention and expansion tracking.
Work with Finance on bookings validation, revenue recognition, and forecast reconciliation.
You'll do it using
4–7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, or Business Planning within a B2B SaaS environment.
Expertise in SaaS revenue modeling, forecasting, and performance analytics.
Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and Tableau for reporting and dashboarding.
Strong understanding of SaaS metrics including ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, churn, and expansion.
Proven success in headcount modeling, quota setting, and territory planning.
