Join our dynamic team as a Pre-sales Lead for Data Analytics and AI within the Enterprise Solutions BU, where you'll play a key role in shaping data Analytics and AI-driven transformation journeys and solutions for our clients across sectors. Reporting directly to the Data Intelligence and AI Leader, you will serve as the central technical business development solutioning authority within Netcompany’s Enterprise Solutions team.

Your mission is to design robust, scalable, and innovative data and AI solutions that directly address client business needs—working closely with Sales, Delivery, and Engineering teams to win strategic deals. As pre-sales Data Analytics & AI Lead, your focus lies in solution architecture, proposal engineering, and platform customization, ensuring every pursuit is technically sound, differentiated, and aligned with emerging industry trends. This role positions you as a bridge between client requirements and delivery capabilities, leading from a place of deep technical knowledge, practical innovation, and cross-functional leadership.

You will drive solutioning excellence and client engagement across key proposals, RFPs, and co-innovation initiatives—combining a deep understanding of data platforms, analytics, ML and GenAI capabilities with strong business acumen, while also driving strategic collaboration across sales, delivery, and engineering teams.

So, what are the main responsibilities of the Data Analytics & AI Presales Lead in Netcompany?

• Lead pre-sales engagements for Data Analytics, ML and GenAI initiatives – from qualification and discovery through to proposal and bid submission.
• Collaborate with delivery, product, and engineering teams to co-develop winning proposals, Proof-of-Concepts or Proof-of-Value, and reusable solution assets.
• Play a significant role in the pre-sales positioning, demonstration, and customization of Netcompany’s proprietary analytics and AI solutions/frameworks such as PULSE, EASLEY, and FENIX, adapting them to meet client-specific requirements.
• Work closely with Netcompany’s horizontal and vertical teams to ensure solution offerings are relevant, future-proof, and aligned with market trends.
• Support strategic account planning and client engagement activities with value propositions, demos, and roadmaps.
• Continuously monitor the market and technology landscape to integrate relevant AI and data innovations into the pre-sales toolkit.
• Hire, coach and mentor junior pre-sales consultants and support the development of knowledge assets and capability decks.

Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in data analytics, AI, or platform solutioning, including at least 5 years in a pre-sales or consulting role.
• Demonstrated experience leading technical sales or proposal work in complex environments.
• Strong familiarity with public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and AI ecosystems.
• Fluency in English and Greek is required.

Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of modern data platforms including Azure Synapse, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and modern data analytics and GenAI platforms.
• Experience in cloud-native architecture, data lakehouse frameworks (medallion architecture), and data ingestion/transformation tooling.
• Familiarity with cloud deployment and automation tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Terraform, Docker/Kubernetes) will be considered a plus.
• Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance practices (e.g., GDPR, ISO standards) is a strong asset.

Leadership Skills:

• Proven experience in leading solutioning or pre-sales efforts in a consulting, enterprise, or systems integrator environment.
• Strong business acumen and ability to interface with executive stakeholders and translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills.
• Strong analytical thinking with a structured, problem-solving mindset.
• Collaborative leadership style with a focus on innovation, agility, and excellence.
