Job Description

  • Shape the future: You will enhance the existing Intranet presence on Standardization & Associations and support the preparation of related internal trainings
  • Data is everything: You will improve the quality, usability and awareness of standardization tools across the company, in close collaboration with internal IT and other stakeholders
  • Convince with words: You will create clear presentations and reports on standards and industry association memberships, while maintaining structured documentation
  • Reliable work: You will manage day-to-day standardization tasks, including organizing meetings and calls with internal teams
  • Organizational talent: You will coordinate cross-functional activities and ensure smooth communication with different stakeholders
  • IT affinity: You will use digital tools and platforms like MS SharePoint, PowerPoint and Excel to support internal processes and improve user experience

Your Profile

  • Study field: You are currently studying Business Administration, Mathematics, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering or similar
  • Skills: You have proficiency in MS SharePoint, PowerPoint and Excel, and are confident working with digital platforms
  • Interests: You are IT-affine and enjoy working with tools and websites. Ideally, you have already gained some experience with IT tools and their usage
  • Personality: You like to engage and communicate with people and are open-minded and talkative.
  • Way of working: You are structured, proactive and committed to achieving results in a team-oriented and international environment
  • Language skills: You have very good English skills, both written and spoken. German would be a plus

Important information:

  • Working part-time: The focus is on studies. Therefore, working student is possible during the lecture period with a maximum of 20 hours per week.
  • Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: You must be enrolled, and the examination results or modules of your studies must not have been completed yet, so that you can still work in our team for at least 6 months. You must also not be in a semester of leave.
  • You should live close to the site: It is important for us to work with you on site and to integrate you into the team. You should therefore be able to come to the site regularly.
