The key responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to the following:

Define and complete 1-2 large projects within the rotation period.Gain knowledge of the Company's operations and provide technical support as needed.Participate in lab management and departmental team meetings.

Basic work support

Assist the department in completing daily administrative tasks, including data organization, document processing and information summarization.Participate in meeting minutes, document archiving, and cross-departmental communication and coordination work.

Professional Skills Application

Carry out specific tasks according to the nature of the position.Complete the special research or data analysis report assigned by the superior.

Learning and Growth

Participate in internal training and quickly master business-related knowledge. Submit internship summaries and improvement suggestions on a regular basis.
