Job Description
- Customer Visits and Demonstrations: Together with our sales colleagues, you visit customers and demonstrate cobots and applications.
- Pre-Sales Support: You are responsible for technical requirements in the pre-sales phase and develop technical solutions together with your colleagues. You act as a bridge between Delta, the customer, and our application partners.
- On-site Technical Support: You provide on-site assistance to customers, solve technical problems, and ensure error-free implementation of various applications and demo setups.
- Trade Shows and Events: You present your technical expertise at trade fairs and are confident in engaging with customers.
- Training and Education: You train and educate our customers and partners and enjoy sharing your knowledge.
- Business Travel: You may spend up to 35% of your working time traveling for business.
Qualifications
- Technical Education: A completed degree in a relevant field (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Robotics, Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering) or more than 3 years of professional experience in a related field.
- Professional Experience: More than 2 years of experience in robotics, automation, programming, troubleshooting, training, or development.
- Self-Organization and Motivation: You are highly self-organized and motivated. Your communication is clear, efficient, and purposeful.
- Programming Skills: You are familiar with at least one industrial robot language and have a passion for programming controllers, e.g., Python, ROS 1, ROS 2, C++, and Siemens.
- Technical Understanding: Experience with robotics projects and a strong grasp of concepts like pose multiplication, forward and inverse kinematics.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English (spoken and written at C2 level); German and additional languages are a plus.
- Driver’s License: Class B driver's license.
- Microsoft Office: Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
