Provides general Technical Support to customers, which includes recommend product operating parameters; troubleshoot bath/process/consumption issues. Support sales to develop new business and meet the growth requirement of the company.
Education and experience requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in chemistry, chemical engineering or related fields. Exceptionally outstanding candidates with an associate degree are also acceptable.
2. More than 3 years of experience as a PCB solution supplier or PCB board factory, familiar with wet process technologies such as electroplating, surface treatment, PTH, DM, and Browning of circuit boards, and proficient in the relevant knowledge of one or more of these process technologies.
