About the Role
iCapital is seeking a seasoned and versatile Senior Producer and Editor to join our Creative and Content team. This role is pivotal in driving the end-to-end production of high-impact video and audio content across integrated 360° marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in B2B financial storytelling, particularly within the alternative investment and fintech space, paired with strong creative, producing, and editing skills.
Responsibilities
- Produce, edit, and execute multimedia deliverables across all marketing channels, including brand, digital and social, demand generation, events, public relations, platform demos, and internal communications.
- Conceptualize and pitch compelling visual narratives with a focus on storytelling for each audience.
- Manage the full creative lifecycle from briefing and pre-production through stakeholder reviews, compliance approvals, versioning, final delivery and deployment.
- Participate in pre-production planning to ensure alignment on formats, workflows, and shoot logistics consistent with the end use of the footage and elements.
- Organize and absorb footage from shoots and events to streamline post-production workflows.
- Collaborate closely with the Design and Animation teams to ensure cohesive visual storytelling across campaigns.
- Coordinate animation requests, color grading, and audio mix sessions with team members, agencies, and external contractors.
- Provide backup technical support for studio productions, including media management and troubleshooting.
- Identify risks proactively and roadblocks that could impact project timelines or objectives.
- Ensure all content adheres to iCapital’s brand voice, tone, and visual identity.
- Meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional creativity, editorial quality with compelling storytelling.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, video production, or a related field
- 10-15 years of experience in multimedia production, with 2+ years in B2B marketing within fintech or financial services
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere and After Effects; working knowledge of Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop is required
- Experience with project and media asset management systems
- Knowledge of private market asset classes, including private equity, private credit, hedge funds, structured investments, and annuities
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Current knowledge of digital marketing trends and multimedia best practices
- Compelling portfolio or reel
Benefits
The base salary range for this role is $150,000 to $170,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
