Your Impact

The Private Capital practice is looking for a Client Capabilities (CC) Coordinator/specialist to help manage Knowledge and Capabilities for the Private Capital practice globally.

As a Client Capabilties professional, you will play a pivotal role in integrating and managing knowledge, resources and content for the Practice (inc. some key Practice Solutions like PE Vaut) and will work with the Global Knowledge Operations leadership to help shape and drive key Practice Knowledge priorities, CCN managers and leaders on knowledge & operations as well as PC Solutions team on core assets.

You will be responsible for core standardized collateral and knowledge repositories (e.g., PE Vault/ KNOW, case libraries, quals).

You will ensure the curation of documents on KNOW portal, collaborate with Client Capabilities Managers and broader CCN team to tag practice recommended documents etc.

You will also selectively help with CCN operations inc. performance management reporting. You will radiate and disseminate CC agenda and impact to the practice inc. newsletter etc.

We work with investors of all types across the ownership cycle, assisting with deal identification, due diligence, and portfolio company operational improvements, as well as on firm-level topics including strategy, governance, and operations.

You will be partnering with Global Knowledge & Capabilities (K&C) as well as CCN leadership to manage and integrate Private Capital Practice Knowledge and content and help CCN operations.

Your qualifications and skills

  • 3+ years of work experience required from top consulting firms
  • Analytical skills like GenAI, Python, Advanced excel, PPT making
  • Experience in working closely with the Reach & Relevance team for annual standing priority knowledge initiatives/ reports e.g. Flagship annual private capital report, LP surveys, diversity report
  • Codify best practices for increased adoption across firm
  • Ability to co-design distribution channel approach for raising awareness (e.g., microsites, PE practice spaces)
  • Ability to oversee best-in-class curation of client capabilities portfolio (e.g., cataloguing, PC Portal management, asset library, offerings)
  • Ability to shape content infrastructure (e.g., Firm knowledge management platform supervision)
  • Ability to manage Blue currency for the Practice and work with service line leaders across core knowledge priorities
