What you'll do

Are you a tech-savvy student (f/m/d) with a passion for innovative solutions and hands-on learning? Join our dynamic team at the SAP Experience Centers, where creativity meets cutting-edge technology. We're looking for a motivated Working Student/Intern who’s eager to work at the intersection of business, technology, and experience design.

As a Working Student, you’ll play a key role in supporting the creation and delivery of digital content for the SAP Experience Centers. Working with a modern content management and authoring platform, you’ll help design and maintain integrated, data-driven experiences that showcase SAP’s latest innovations. From updating interactive assets to supporting app configurations, your contributions will directly enhance the storytelling and engagement delivered to customers and partners.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Work with Content Management Systems (CMS) to manage and maintain digital content
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of applications with a powerful toolkit that enables the creation of integrated, content- and data-driven experiences
  • Lead and assist in automation projects to enhance efficiency across Experience Centers
  • Create process flows and architecture diagrams based on business requirements
  • Actively contribute to a collaborative, innovative, and positive team culture

What you bring

  • You’re currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master’s degree program (preferably in IT, Business Informatics, or a related field)
  • A basic understanding of SAP technology is a plus (e.g., SAP BTP, SAP Fiori)
  • Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS), basic HTML/CSS, and tools for creating or managing digital content
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint) and diagramming tools like Draw.io or Lucidchart
  • Strong communication skills, curiosity, and a hands-on attitude
  • Language skills: English, German is a plus

You’ll be joining the Experience Content & Labs team, the creative force behind the content, strategy, and continuous evolution of these centers. We shape impactful customer journeys and bring SAP’s innovations to life. We're looking for enthusiastic team players who are excited to support customer engagements, help prepare inspiring meeting experiences, and contribute to the development of new use cases that demonstrate the real value of SAP technology.
