As a Head of Integrations, you’ll...

Lead the strategy, tech excellence and execution across TM Forum Open APIs, SAP Process Orchestration (PO), SAP PI (Process Integration) and SAP BODS to enable seamless data and process flows across Telia systems. Ensure scalable, secure, and standards-compliant integrations that support digital transformation and customer experience goals. Lead out on vendor management, collaborate with architecture, and business teams to ensure scalable, secure, and reliable integrations. You will have the opportunity to shape Telia’s integration layer strategy, drive modernizaton, and make a real impact on customer experience.

Who we're looking for

Technology and people leader with deep expertise in API-first and event-driven architecture, focused on secure, scalable, and standards-based system integration. Capable of shaping and executing integration strategy aligned with Telia’s digital transformation goals.

Key qualifications include:

• Strong technical background is a must; experience with OpenShift (or similar virtualization stacks), integrations, legacy modernization, or platform/system ownership is highly valued.
• Deep understanding of API-first and event-driven architecture.
• Experience with secure, scalable, and standards-compliant integrations.
• Leadership experience in technology and direct people management, including responsibility for team performance and development.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across architecture and business teams.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on simplification, comfortable navigating complex environments to drive clarity and efficiency.
• Focused on automation, quality, and modernization, with experience in CI/CD, test automation, or related practices to ensure faster time-to-market.
• Familiarity with SAP Process Orchestration (PO), SAP BODS, and TM Forum Open API standards (nice to have)
• Experience managing vendors and partners, including procurement negotiations, contract management, and implementation of service quality KPIs.

Monthly salary range for this position: 5500 - 8245 EUR before tax deduction plus annual bonuses which are depending on your competencies and your and Telia results.
