As a Head of Products & Offers, you’ll...

Lead the team and technology strategy of products and commercial offers within the SAP CRM / S/4HANA ecosystem. Oversee standardization and technical capability of product catalogs, pricing, bundling, and offer management. Drive product mindset to rapidly develop and launch new products and offers. Collaborate closely with Order Management to define the future roadmap for CRM. Manage relationships with third-party suppliers to ensure service quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with sales, marketing, and billing systems. Drive standardization, data accuracy, and operational efficiency while aligning product capabilities with business goals and customer needs.

Who we're looking for

Technology and people leader with deep expertise in SAP, product lifecycle management, and offer configuration. Skilled in cross-functional collaboration, data integrity, and commercial strategy. Ensures process standardization, root cause resolution, and alignment between SAP product capabilities and business goals.

Key qualifications include:

  • A skilled SAP professional with practical experience in enabling standardized SAP products & services at scale. (SAP CRM would be a great advantage)
  • A trusted advisor in process standartization and aligning business processes with SAP solutions with business processes and commercial strategies.
  • A strong leader who has successfully guided teams, driven SAP system and process improvements, and delivered measurable results across the business.
  • A detail-oriented individual with a solid understanding of data integrity, system integration, and the importance of maintaining clean, reliable customer and other master data.
  • A collaborative and effective communicator who builds strong relationships with business partners, fosters a positive team environment, and represents Telia confidently at conferences and industry events.
  • Experience managing vendors and partners, including procurement negotiations, contract management, and implementation of service quality KPIs.

Monthly salary range for this position: 5500 - 8245 EUR before tax deduction plus annual bonuses which are depending on your competencies and your and Telia results.
