Lead the end-to-end order management domain within SAP CRM / S/4HANA ecosystem, ensuring seamless order capture, validation, processing, and fulfillment. Oversee system configuration and process standardization strategies to drive SAP standards. Evangelize standardization, root cause resolution, and operational excellence across the order management lifecycle.

Who we're looking for

Technology and people leader with deep expertise in SAP CRM order management. Skilled in cross-functional collaboration, data integrity, and commercial strategy. Drives process standardization, root cause resolution, and alignment between SAP product capabilities and business goals.

Key qualifications include:

  • A skilled SAP professional with practical experience in order management (SAP CRM knowledge would be a great advantage)
  • A trusted advisor on commercial opportunities.
  • Someone who is confident in process standardization and aligning business processes with SAP solutions and commercial strategies.
  • A strong leader who has successfully guided teams, driven SAP system and process improvements.
  • A detail-oriented individual with a solid understanding of data integrity, system integration, and the importance of maintaining clean master data.
  • Skilled collaborator and communicator who builds strong partner relationships and confidently represents Telia at events.
  • Experience managing vendors and partners, including procurement negotiations, contract management, and implementation of service quality KPIs.

Monthly salary range for this position: 5500 - 8245 EUR before tax deduction plus annual bonuses which are depending on your competencies and your and Telia results.
