We’re hiring a Staff GTM Program Manager to lead high-impact product launches and cross-functional programs that drive Clio’s growth. You’ll operate at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations—turning strategy into execution, aligning stakeholders, and enabling scalable go-to-market delivery. Your impact will be felt in successful launches, cleaner handoffs, and GTM motions that scale as we grow.
This role is ideal for someone who brings structure to chaos, drives alignment across competing priorities, and operates with clarity, accountability, and a bias for action.

The full salary range* for this role is $120,800 to $151,000 to $181,200 CAD.Please note salary bands may differ based on location and local currency. Additionally, benefit offerings may differ depending on the employee's location.
