I. Job Profile: We are seeking For Power & Utility Project Manager to work as Owner Engineer [OE] & Consultant Team Member working on entire-scale Power & Utility Energy projects in collaboration with Governmental Bodies, Developers, Utilities, Organizations, this role will focus on the Consultancy and OE scopes for Power & Utility Clients and Renewable Projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, quality assurance experience, Strong-in-Depth Inspection Management Experience, Orchestration, Leadership, Coaching, , Digital Platforms, and extensive document management skills.

I. Roles & Responsibilities:

 Understanding and summarizing the technical project requirements.

 Oversee the Inspection, Design, Engineering, and compliance of Power & Water

systems, ensuring adherence to OE specifications and international standards [IEC,

IEEE, ISO, ASME, NFPA, EN, etc. standards and Local codes in Arabian Peninsula

Countries].

 Review and validate SoPs [Standard Operating Procedures], Governance Structure,

Change Management Plans, Implementation Plans, Checklists, etc.

 Lead document control activities, ensuring e????icient tracking, updating, and archiving

engineering documentation, technical reviews, and project submittals; with extensive

experience at DMS [Document Management Systems].

 Planning: Collaborate with EPC contractors, utilities, and OE teams to Validate entire

Baselines [Such as Time, Cost, Scope, etc.] and to ensure/verify project milestones are

me [Both of MS Project and Primavera experiences are acceptable].

 Support the client by providing technical assessments, feasibility studies, and detailed

reports, Gap Analysis, Mitigation Plans, recovery course of actions, etc.

 Conduct quality audits and ensure compliance with international codes such as: IEC,

IEEE, etc. and local regulations, and other relevant International Codes.

 Assist in Inspection Documents Creation, Vendor Pre-Qualification, Technical

Validation, etc.

 Participate in O????shore Quality Documents Creation, Validation, Review, such as ITPs,

nevertheless, participate in Factory Acceptance Tests [FATs], Site Inspections [SAT and

Commissioning Activities [Mechanical, Electrical, I&C, and Telecom] of Power Plants,

Pump-Stations, etc.

 Engage in Frequent project review meetings, technical workshops, representing the

company in discussions with developers and stakeholders.

 Provide input on risk management, HSE, and operational challenges associated with

PV deployment.

II. Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or equivalent.

 Ten [10] Years Plus of technical experience in Power & Water Projects such as Power

Generation, Transmission, Distribution, & Water Systems.

 Proficient in Inspection & Investigation Field.

 Highly Knowledgeable in International Codes, mainly: [IEC, IEEE, ISO, ASME, NFPA,

EN, etc. standards and Local codes in Arabian Peninsula Countries].

 Proficient in English; written and spoken.

 Work Permit, Access/Gate-Pass Eligibility within Entire GCC Countries.

 Requirements, Pluses, & Mertis:

1. Owner Engineer earlier experience.

2. Utility Companies Direct Experience.

3. Physical Full-Time Experience in Arabian Peninsula Countries mainly Kingdom

of Saudi Arabia.

4. Project management Certificates such as PMP, RMP, PM@Siemens, etc.

5. Power Plants, Substations, Pump-Stations Hands-On Experience.

6. Inspection Management Practice Experience.

7. Experience in DMS Software.

8. Experience in Primavera and MS Project.

9. Scientific Patent.

10. Arabic Language Proficiency.

11. Middle Eastern Culture Awareness.

12. Experience with International Developers, GCC Utilities, etc.
