About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account Payable Intern to join our Sourcing Admin Services team in Lisbon. You will be part of a 6-person team that supports France, Spain, Portugal, and Italy, all working from Lisbon, ensuring daily collaboration and a great team environment. This internship offers valuable experience in international procurement and finance operations, with the opportunity to develop both technical and soft skills in a global context.

What You Will Do

• Support invoice management activities via InvoiceTrack
• Help maintain accurate supplier and sourcing documentation
• Communicate with suppliers, buyers, and accounting teams
• Participate in admin and accounting-related projects
• Contribute to process improvements and ensure data accuracy
• Assist with document translation/verification using digital tools
• Join team meetings and prepare summaries/action points

Who You Are

• Degree in Economics, Business, or related fields
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Analytical mindset and proactive attitude
• Fluent in English; additional European language is a plus
