What you´ll do
- Close cooperation and partnership with multiple business stakeholders from HCB
- Regional Controlling & Finance in Henkel's regional HQ
- Reporting and analysis of financial performance, supporting decision-making in Finance
- and Controlling
- Participation in Forecasting and Planning process
- Analyze and investigated variances across P&L lines
- Supporting on-demand requests and ad-hoc financial reports
- Identify opportunities to optimize and streamline reporting workflows
- Potential to leverage BI tools to recommend and implement improvements to enhance
- efficiency and accuracy in reporting

- Business-related studies, preferably in Finance and Controlling
- Strong analytical skills
- Effective communication skills
- Active level of English, written & spoken
- Solid knowledge of MS Office tools, particularly MS Excel
