Manufacturing Engineer 3

Responsible for improving the processes, tools and equipment of the Manufacturing process, leading to predictable, reliable, stable and

efficient production processes.

Your role:

  • Manufacturing & Process Expertise: Strong understanding of product functionality and manufacturing processes. Experienced in process validations, cost analysis, and adherence to finalized budgets. Supports new supplier process flow, tooling, and equipment needs.
  • Continuous Improvement & Problem Solving: Leads and participates in initiatives such as CAPAs, CIPs, NCRs, and root cause analysis (FMEA). Monitors and improves line yields, cycle times, and overall production efficiency.
  • Project & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serves as a core team member on cross-functional and external projects. Provides technical input on product development, prototype analysis, and new technologies. Independently develops solutions for diverse technical challenges.
  • Leadership & Coaching: Provides guidance, coaching, and training to Manufacturing Engineers, Technicians, and Production Operators. Represents the company in audits and collaborates with various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lean & Safety Practices: Competent in implementing lean manufacturing processes and ensuring safety considerations in material usage and processes.

You're the right fit if:

  • Bachelor's / master's degree in mechanical engineering, Electronics Engineering, Sciences, Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Bachelor's in areas such as Manufacturing/Operations, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Production Engineering, or Cost Engineering or equivalent OR no prior experience required with master's degree.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word), experience
  • with Visio, Project.
  • Proficient with additional software packages as required
  • Advanced English skills.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.

Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This role is an onsite role.
