Here’s How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Provides the installation, maintenance, and operation of the new office equipment of the Company in accordance with the applicable procedures
- Provides technical support to the Company's employees, and provides technical and informational support
- Provides uninterrupted and high-quality operation, timely upgrades, and maintenance of office equipment
- Controls the maintenance of technical documentation and documentation on the technical accounting of equipment and software of the Company's employees
- Interacts with the suppliers of PCs, office equipment, and software for the purchase of PCs, office equipment, and software, and their subsequent service
- Building an information security policy and its implementation
The most common tasks could be (but not limited to):
- Maintenance and administration of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), ensuring regular updates, patching, and performance tuning
- Maintenance and monitoring of the network, internal services, cloud environments, and applications; ensuring system reliability and availability
- Handling system incidents, outages, and performance issues – from identification to full resolution
- Take end-to-end ownership of various technical issues, including initial troubleshooting, root cause analysis, documentation, and communication of resolution steps
- Cooperate closely with the R&D team, DevOps, and QA teams to ensure seamless environment management and deployment pipelines
- Provide day-to-day technical support for all team members (hardware, software, network, account access, VPN, etc.)
- Maintain and update internal knowledge base/documentation related to IT infrastructure and operational procedures
- Manage and maintain access controls, identity management, and system security compliance
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including provisioning/deprovisioning of accounts and equipment
- Automate repetitive operational tasks using scripts or relevant tools to increase system efficiency and reduce manual errors
What Makes You A Strong Candidate:
- 2+ years in a Technical Support Engineer role.
- Experience administering Linux, Windows, MacOS, and office software
- Knowledge of the hardware and the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot
- Knowledge of TCP/IP networks, DNS, DHCP, NAT, and iptables
- Maintain up-to-date monitoring on all services, create/modify alerts
- Experience with CRM systems, JIRA, and Confluence
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving skills (debugging, log analysis)
Nice to have
- Basic Experience in writing bash scripts
- Basic experience administering database servers (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
