As a Staff QA Analyst in our Healthcare Access domain, you'll be instrumental in ensuring that every patient interaction – from finding the right practitioner to booking their appointment to managing their patient requests (messaging) to health professionals – is flawless, reliable, and delightful. You'll work at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and human-centered healthcare, where quality isn't just about code – it's about ensuring patients can access the care they need, when they need it.

What you'll do

In the Healthcare Access domain, you will play a pivotal role in defining and shaping our entire QA strategy, collaborating with up to 4 different product teams to deliver the best European platform improving healthcare access.

As a Staff Quality Assurance Analyst, you will:

  • Strategize QA across teams: supporting and guiding up to four product teams, ensuring consistent QA practices and standards are upheld.
  • Develop advanced test strategies: architecting and implementing advanced testing methodologies, including automation frameworks and performance testing strategies.
  • Lead and orchestrate cross-team QA initiatives: driving QA guild meetings, strategy alignment workshops, and quality improvement sessions to foster collaboration, share best practices, and drive organizational consensus and impact.
  • Be responsible for bugs and metrics: syncing with support teams, accelerating cycle time and working on metrics such as injection rate, hotspots, recurring patterns.
  • Drive quality metrics analysis: providing in-depth analysis of metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement across multiple teams.
  • Champion regulatory compliance: leading efforts to ensure all teams meet regulatory and compliance requirements (like Accessibility or GDPR).
  • Mentor senior QAAs and team members: offering expertise and guidance to develop the skills of QA professionals across the organization.

Who you are

  • You have at least 6+ years of QA experience, with a focus on leading test strategies and QA efforts across multiple teams.
  • You have expert knowledge of QA processes, automation tools, and performance testing.
  • You are experienced in regulatory compliance and security standards.
  • You possess strong leadership and project management skills.
  • You have excellent communication skills and can influence stakeholders at all levels across multiple teams.
  • You are proactive, strategic, and passionate about quality.
  • You are comfortable speaking English in your day-to-day with the team

Now, it would be fantastic if:

  • You have already experience working in the medical domain and/or in an e-commerce / marketplace.
  • You are familiar with our stack, including Java, Ruby, React and React Native.
  • You are proficient in the French language.
  • You have an experience in a hyper-growth environment
