THE POSITION

We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Jr. Operations Administrator to support core processes that keep our business running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, curious, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and cross-functional collaboration matter.

WHAT YOU DO

  • Document Management: Update and maintain internal process documentation based on clearly defined procedures.
  • Monitoring & Alerts: Monitor key dashboards and tools in our tech stack (e.g., Salesforce, Chargebee, etc.) and flag anomalies or potential issues.
  • Problem Solving: Work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and help resolve complex issues that impact multiple departments.
  • File & Data Operations: Execute structured file uploads, imports, and updates across systems with precision—using detailed documentation and SOPs.
  • Data Entry & QA: Enter and validate critical business data to ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness across systems.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • 4+ years prior experience in an administrative, data, or operations support role
  • 4+ years of experience with Salesforce, Chargebee, or other CRM/Billing platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
  • Comfortable using cloud-based systems, spreadsheets, and productivity tools
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive mindset—comfortable asking questions and raising flags when something looks off
  • Familiarity with Confluence, Jira, or similar task/documentation tools
  • Basic understanding of business operations or SaaS workflows
  • Knowleadge of Porch business and environment is required
  • Workspace: A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload.
  • Equipment: a laptop (or a desktop computer) and an internet connection that meet our minimum requirements.
