Notes From Call With Mnaager:

Notes:

She now will own server packaging for MS Office

1 week out of every month they will be creating a quarterly package for servers and a monthly security patch

BladeLogic not sure how much in depth experience they need

Will likely leave it up to each systems admin to advice this person/team on what needs to be done.

Crazy documentation necessary. Very behind on documentation need this person to assist with that

Understanding click to run technologies is important for O365

Office Deployment toolkit

Don't use SCCM as an enterprise deployment tool even though they use it heavily.

Ideally need both Bladelogic and SCCM (Really strong in one or the other is okay for each role)

Openshift may be future state but don't stress

Highly configured, in our configuration packages we are going to turn things on and off

Need strong packaging and we can train their on what is needed

Desktop troubleshooting skills will also be valuable

Desktop and Server OS knowledge

More Engineering than support

QUICK LEARNER, need rocking and rolling by July

Current team has no availability to take on new work with new folsk
