About the Role:
We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented IT Interns to join our Information Technology team. These positions are primarily entry-level, Level 1 help desk roles designed for individuals who may not yet have advanced technical skills but are eager to learn and grow. We consider these candidates “raw clay” — while some of the interns we’ve worked with bring basic troubleshooting experience, many come with limited technical knowledge. Our goal is to provide hands-on training to expand on their school learning and develop their skills in a real-world business environment.
You will work closely with IT professionals supporting daily operations such as user support, hardware troubleshooting, and system maintenance. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain foundational experience and begin building a career in IT support, infrastructure, or network engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with Level 1 help desk support including password resets, account setups, and user access requests.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, printers, and other hardware devices.
- Shadow and support IT staff during system maintenance, hardware installations, and software deployments.
- Help maintain and update IT documentation and asset inventory.
- Participate in the resolution of Tier 1 help desk tickets; escalate issues when necessary.
- Learn and assist with the setup and configuration of operating systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux).
- Support implementation of IT security practices and routine data backups.
- Monitor system performance and report irregularities.
- Gain exposure to enterprise tools such as Active Directory, Office 365, and endpoint management solutions.
You’re a Good Fit If You Have:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (or in final year) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking fundamentals.
- Some troubleshooting experience is a plus but not required — we are prepared to train and develop your skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Office 365; knowledge of MacOS or Linux is a bonus.
- A strong desire to learn, a proactive mindset, and the ability to ask questions.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Eagerness to build a career in IT support or systems administration.
Benefits:
- Competitive stipend
- Company sponsored training, workshops, education, and team building.
- Every day you’ll get to work with amazing talent in a fast-growing company that really values their people.
- The work/life setup you need to be successful
- A creative, collaborative, supportive environment that gives you the autonomy to explore new ideas, grow your skillset, and create outstanding results
- The opportunity to work with amazing talent in a fast-growing company that really values its team
- Working Hours: 6 PM - 3AM PKT (Night Shift)
