• Training: Must be available to train on 1st shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)

Pay Rate:

• $17.00 – $18.00 per hour
• Weekly pay

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Forklift Material Handler for a 2nd shift position supporting yard and warehouse operations. This role involves safely moving heavy fencing and barrier materials using a propane-powered forklift in both indoor and outdoor environments. You'll play a key role in loading, unloading, and staging materials to keep production and shipping running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate propane-powered forklifts to move fencing, bases, and heavy materials
• Load and unload trailers and assist with organizing inventory
• Stage materials for production lines and support shipment prep
• Conduct basic forklift inspections before use (fluids, tires, safety checks)
• Assist with general material handling, stacking, and labeling
• Safely direct truck traffic for incoming and outgoing loads
• Work outdoors and indoors depending on operational needs
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license required (No state IDs)
• 2 years of forklift experience in an industrial or warehouse setting
• Experience with propane-powered forklifts preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Steel-toe boots required
