• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• Training: Must be available to train on 1st shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
• Monday through Friday

Pay Rate:

• $17.00 – $18.00 per hour
• Weekly pay

Important Requirement:

You must have a valid driver's license (not just a state-issued ID) to be eligible for this position. This is a strict requirement due to site access and safety compliance.

Job Overview:

This is a hands-on, outdoor-focused position supporting the preparation and distribution of materials used in construction and event safety. As a Yard & Material Handling Associate, you will work in a fast-paced yard environment, supporting daily shipping, loading, and inventory operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fill and prepare materials (such as bases or barriers) with sand
• Assist with directing inbound and outbound trucks for pickup and drop-off
• Operate propane-powered forklifts to move and stage heavy materials
• Safely load and unload product from trailers and storage areas
• Support general yard cleanup and organization
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions throughout the year

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license is required
• 1–2 years of experience in general labor, warehouse, or yard operations preferred
• Forklift experience strongly preferred, especially propane-powered models
• Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet throughout your shift
• Steel-toe boots required
