  • Work with the National Science Foundation grant: North American Indian Sign Language Video Dictionary and Principal Investigator, Dr. Melanie McKay-Cody.
  • Uses graphics design software to produce graphic art and visual materials for promotion, advertisement, packaging, and informative materials through a variety of media outlets and for educational teaching.
  • Processes and edits photographs and videos using digital editing systems.
  • Applies design fundamentals to conceive overall concept, design, look and feel of each project across all related material in print and digital media.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Communication Skills: Able to convey information clearly and effectively with the Principal Investigator and the head Research Assistant.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in video-editing and develop NAISL curriculum for future use in classrooms.
