Position Overview - Tasks & Responsibilities:

As our Intern, you will be a driving force behind our efforts to bring innovative therapies in Biotherapeutics to those who need them most. You will be fully embedded in our Operations Support team for Device Assembly and Packaging.

Your tasks will include, among others:

  • Leading continuous improvement projects while learning and applying LEAN manufacturing methodologies
  • Driving data-based decision-making through examining thorough data analysis
  • Supporting New Product Introduction in our Combination Product Manufacturing environment
  • Supporting equipment commissioning activities

Qualifications - Education and Experience:

  • A completed bachelor's or ongoing master's degree Engineering or Natural Sciences

Qualifications - Skills:

  • A high level of enthusiasm and a keen interest in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Very good German and English skills, other languages are a plus
  • Team spirit, creativity, proactivity, hands-on mentality and a strong organizational talent
