Job Description

As a Learning Service Intern, you will be an integral part of the learning team, supporting the administrative and operational aspects of training programs. You will contribute to the smooth execution of training initiatives by managing training data, providing support to Training Providers, and ensuring data accuracy within the learning management system. This role provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic learning environment.

Your contribution to something big:

  • Create and Maintain Training Content: Create training measures (Items), curricula, learning assignments, resources, and manual users within the Learning Management System (SuccessFactors Learning Administration Module).
  • Ensure Data Quality: Maintain the accuracy and quality of training data within the system.
  • Manage Training Sessions: Support the management of training sessions, including scheduling and logistics.
  • Provide Support and Act as a Point of Contact: Serve as the main point of contact for locations and Training Providers, answering training-related questions and providing support.
  • Support Event Management: Assist with event management activities related to training programs.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Experience in the training area is a plus.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of SuccessFactors is a plus. Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Languages: Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese are required. Additional foreign languages are a plus.
  • Personality: Highly attentive to detail, with a focus on data accuracy and quality. Demonstrates strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach. Proactive in process improvement and possesses strong collaboration, flexibility, and organizational skills.
