Key job responsibilities

• Collaborate across Operations, HR, and Labor Planning teams to develop comprehensive labor planning solutions
• Drive strategic alignment through effective communication and comprehensive system implementations
• Analyze operational processes to define precise business requirements and develop optimal strategies
• Manage the entire product development lifecycle, prioritizing features and ensuring smooth adoption
• Balance technical capabilities with business needs while overseeing system implementation and troubleshooting

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience in product management, program management, or related technology roles
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute product roadmaps
• Proven experience in end-to-end product delivery
• Strong understanding of feature development and product trade-offs

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Advanced experience influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights
• Proven track record of successful cross-functional collaboration
• Deep understanding of operational workflow optimization
• Experience in technology product management within complex organizational environments

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
