Are you a hands-on problem solver with a mechanical mindset? Step into a high-impact role as a Furnace Operator with a top-tier Military and Defense manufacturer. You’ll work with cutting-edge vacuum atomization furnaces in a clean, safety-driven environment where your skills truly matter.

????️ What You’ll Be Doing:

• Operate and monitor vacuum atomization furnaces
• Perform routine inspections, cleaning, and light maintenance
• Prepare and load raw materials; manage furnace control systems
• Clean furnace chambers and replace worn components
• Useelectric hoists and hand toolsto move heavy equipment
• Follow strictsafety protocolsand wear required PPE
• Work closely with your team and engage inongoing training

???? Shift Options:

Weekend Shifts (3 Days On, 4 Days Off):

• 4th Shift: Fri–Sun, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• 5th Shift: Fri–Sun, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Weekday Shifts (4-Day Workweek):

• 6th Shift: Mon–Thurs, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• 7th Shift: Mon–Thurs, 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• 8th Shift: Mon–Thurs, 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in manufacturing, production, or machine operation
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work at heights up to 60 feet
• Strong mechanical aptitude and a commitment to safety
• Dependable transportation and willingness to work overtime as needed

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
