Are you mechanically inclined and looking for a hands-on role with great pay, benefits, and long-term career potential? Join a leading Military and Defense organization as an Furnace Operator, where you’ll work with advanced vacuum atomization furnaces in a clean, safety-first environment.

???? What You’ll Do:

• Operate and maintain vacuum atomization furnaces
• Conduct quality inspections, cleaning, and minor repairs
• Prepare raw materials and manage furnace control systems
• Clean chambers, replace components, and ensure safety compliance
• Use electric hoists and tools to handle heavy equipment
• Follow all safety protocols and wear proper PPE
• Collaborate with your team and participate in ongoing training

???? Available Shifts:

Weekend Shifts (3 Days On, 4 Days Off):

• 4th Shift: Fri–Sun, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• 5th Shift: Fri–Sun, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Weekday Shifts (4-Day Workweek):

• 6th Shift (1st): Mon–Thurs, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• 7th Shift (2nd): Mon–Thurs, 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• 8th Shift (3rd): Mon–Thurs, 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in machine operation or production environments
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work at heights up to60 feet
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to safety
• Reliable transportation and flexibility for overtime

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
