Responsibilities:
- Drive and support the promotion of the Comsuite FX system, including onboarding coordination with Relationship Managers (RM), Treasury Sales Department (TSD), and Transaction Banking Department (TBD).
- Assist Relationship Managers, Treasury Sales, and Transaction Banking in system familiarization and configuration, including client setup, condition setting, and other onboarding requirements.
- Provide technical and operational support to optimize Comsuite FX usage (e.g., conducting demos, marketing activities, client visits, system explanations, and administrative support).
- Follow up with clients to encourage and expand usage of Comsuite FX (e.g., through client calls and user engagement initiatives); assist with administrative tasks such as margin settings.
- Deliver end-user computing (EUC) support for the Global Markets Sales team, covering daily operations, sales support, planning activities, and ad hoc troubleshooting.
- Enhance EUC frameworks to improve efficiency in operational support and workflow processes.
- Support IT-related projects including system testing, upgrades, and budget planning.
- Lead or assist in key system projects such as tableau system introduction for Kuala Lumpur office,front office system upgrades and testing as well as administrative tasks including ID review and system budget application.
Requirements:
- Applicant must have a recognized Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or its equivalent from a recognized university/higher learning institution with professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, CPA, etc).
- Minimum 1-5 year of relevant working experience in Information Technology field.
- Strong PC skill in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, MS Access, Power Point).). Possess basic knowledge on VBA Macro programming in order to enhance some process flow automation.
