- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Systems, or Computer) or equivalent discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in test and measurement.
- Proficient in programming with compiled languages (e.g., C/C++, VB/C#) within the Microsoft .NET framework, and scripted languages like Python.
- High proficiency in analytical tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to apply logical reasoning, test assumptions, and make corrections based on observations.
What Will Put You Ahead
- Master’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Systems, or Computer).
- 2-5 years of progressive engineering experience in High-Speed testing and design.
- Expertise with RF/microwave test and measurement equipment (e.g., digital sampling oscilloscopes, TDR modules, 4-port network analyzers, etc.).
- Knowledge of RF/microwave transmission line theory, electromagnetic simulation tools (e.g., Ansys HFSS, CST Microwave Studio), and PCB design software (e.g., Mentor Graphics PADS, Cadence Allegro).
- Experience using relational databases like Microsoft SQL or MySQL, and Lean/Six Sigma training (e.g., Yellow/Green Belt).
