- Development, improvement, testing, and training of requirements management within RLS system development
- Implementation and improvement of compliant access and data exchange from/to customers and partners (m/f/d) with regard to data and areas of requirements management
- Active support of ALM and PLM traceability
- Successfully completed degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or mechanical engineering
- Several years of professional experience in requirement management
- Experience in setting up, implementing, and further developing RM systems
- Very good written and spoken German and English
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally
