AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of Designer Engineer (PLM Administrator).
Your Impact
- Manage and maintain standard Creo setup files and configuration tools. Automate parameter management and support modelling efficiency.
- Upgrade legacy CAD models (Solid Edge, SolidWorks, CATIA, etc.) to current Creo standards. Ensure compliance with current drawing and modelling standards.
- Support users with check-in/check-out issues. Diagnose and resolve common viewable generation problems.
- Navigate ECR/ECN workflows; assist in issue resolution. Interpret business rules related to ECNs and provide user guidance. Enforce and promote Windchill standards for Creo and WT Parts.
- Ensure compliance with material and drawing standards. Perform drawing reviews against organizational standards. And support standardization and best practices across engineering teams.
Your Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Information Technology or equivalent
- 5–8 years of experience in:
o Windchill administration and troubleshooting
o ECR/ECN processes and drawing release systems
o Drawing standards and product development lifecycle
- Proficiency in Creo and Windchill.
- Hands-on experience with PLM tools and issue resolution.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent documentation skills. Effective communicator and team collaborator.
