Job Description

For our Technology Center in the field of Quality Management - Management Systems at the location Hanover-Stöcken, we are looking for a working student (m/f/diverse) starting September 2025. The position comes with a working time of 20 hours per week for at least 9-12 months.

We are looking for student support in maintaining and further developing our management system for the Global Technology division (30 locations worldwide). Your responsibilities will include the following tasks:

  • Assisting with the administration of the management system (e.g., user management, editorial maintenance of process-related documents)
  • Defining and creating evaluations, particularly through automation/dashboards, e.g., in Power BI
  • Supporting the revision of processes towards digitalization and automation, e.g., through workflow management systems
  • Assisting in the creation of training and informational materials

Qualifications

  • Advanced studies in a technical or IT-related degree program such as Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, or a similar field
  • A specialization or focus in technical writing is an advantage
  • First practical experiences in quality management and/or KPI-reporting
  • Good knowledge of workflow management tools and evaluation tools such as Power BI
  • Confident use of common MS Office-programs (especially MS Excel and Powerpoint)
  • Fluent English language skills, spoken and written
  • German language skills are a plus
  • Highly motivated, committed, and enthusiastic
  • Independent and structured working style
