Are you a technical talent with a passion for maintenance? INVISTA is looking for a driven Mechanical Technician WTB to strengthen our team! In this role, you play a key role in ensuring the reliability and optimal operation of our installations. You perform both corrective and preventive maintenance, analyze malfunctions, and collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve our systems. What does your day look like? As a Mechanical Technician WTB, you are responsible for performing high-quality maintenance according to INVISTA's safety standards and specifications.

What You Will Do

• Carrying out all types of maintenance activities.
• Analyzing malfunctions and solving problems.
• Performing preventive maintenance activities.
• Using and keeping job plans up-to-date.
• Working with the SAP Maintenance database to manage maintenance activities.
• Contributing to solving structural maintenance issues (RCA and RCM).
• Providing input to improve the reliability of equipment and systems.
• Promoting and applying safe working methods.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• A completed education in Mechanical Engineering (WTB) or a comparable technical field.
• Practical experience with mechanical maintenance, preferably in an industrial environment.
• Experience with SAP Maintenance or similar databases is a plus.
• An analytical approach and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) processes.
• Affinity with safety standards and industrial regulations.
• Team spirit, initiative, and a proactive work attitude.
