Sales and Marketing Controller

About the Role

We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Controller to join our team, responsible for overseeing and analyzing the financial performance of our Business Units in Bolivia. This role plays a key part in supporting strategic decisions by providing insights into profitability (P&L), working capital efficiency, and cash flow optimization. You will serve as a financial partner to the commercial and marketing teams, ensuring financial discipline and alignment with corporate objectives.

What You Will Do

• Analyze the financial performance of our Business Units, identifying risks, opportunities, and trends
• Lead the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and operational plans
• Evaluate business cases, investment proposals, and commercial scenarios to support decision-making
• Define and implement reporting standards, guidelines, and templates in coordination with Corporate Finance
• Develop monthly financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for business reviews and closings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, operations) to improve financial outcomes
• Monitor KPIs and provide actionable recommendations to support business growth and efficiency

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in financial controlling, commercial finance, or FP&A roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (both written and verbal)
• Proficient in Excel, financial modeling, and reporting tools
• Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently as well as in teams
• Experience in a multinational environment is a plus
