About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to join our SWIFT Payments team. This individual will act as SWIFT SME and work with product managers, Operations and Technology to deliver core SWIFT solutions across multiple partner businesses throughout the enterprise eco-system. Will have ownership over optimizing internal customer satisfaction, controlling costs, improving efficiency, ensuring compliance and mitigating risk. They will collaborate with, coordinate, and support multiple business partners including: global product, sales, relationship management, marketing, foreign exchange, payment strategy, vendor management, technology, operations, customer care, implementation, compliance, risk, and legal. Our Global Payments & Liquidity, Product & Platform organization is dedicated to expanding core payments products and enhancing pricing discipline for deposits and fees with existing clients. We are investing in modernizing our payments platforms & architecture to build robust payment ecosystems.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$96,600.00 - $171,800.00
