About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking Lead Business Execution Consultant to support Process and Governance Global Expense Management team.
This position will play a critical role in developing and implementing enhanced funding and approval processes to support our real estate service model. This individual will partner closely with key enterprise functions—including Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, and Finance—to ensure alignment with corporate governance standards and financial controls. Once processes are established, this position will facilitate ongoing execution, ensuring all deliverables are met on time, necessary approvals are obtained, and activities are carried out efficiently across a service provider-led portfolio.
This position will also support the execution of ongoing control activities related to legal entity alignment, invoice payments, and other expense management functions. Thoughtful review and continuous optimization of these processes will be essential to ensure effectiveness and accountability in the context of our evolving service delivery model.
Position will lead and direct the implementation within Corporate Properties Group (CPG) and vendor base using knowledge and expertise regarding Wells Fargo CPG real estate operations, Wells Fargo risk program requirements such as Risk, Control, Self-Assessment preparation, Issue management, CPG Governance and Compliance.
Key to the position include building strong cross-functional relationships, facilitating collaboration and consensus, and applying financial and real estate data expertise to develop effective strategies and reporting procedures.
