Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Several years of experience in system-level development of battery systems, energy storage technologies, or power electronics applications in BESS or automotive environment. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Technology, Mechanical Engineering or a related field. • Strong understanding of system requirements engineering, interface definition, and architectural design. • Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams and manage system integration with mechanical, electrical, and software stakeholders. • Analytical mindset and structured approach to solving complex engineering problems. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Considered a plus: Familiarity with standards and practices in BESS- / Grid-related norms (e.g., UL 9540, IEC 62933, EN50549, IEEE1547)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
