Job Title: Tech Project Manager Intern

Description:

We are looking for a driven and tech-savvy Project Manager Intern to support our engineering and cybersecurity teams. This role is ideal for someone passionate about technology, agile methodologies, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll gain hands-on experience managing cybersecurity and IT projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, tracking, and coordinating IT and Cybersecurity projects
• Support sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming sessions
• Maintain project documentation, timelines, and status reports using agile tools
• Collaborate with engineers and managers to ensure timely delivery
• Identify and help mitigate project risks and blockers
• Analyze project data to improve team velocity and delivery efficiency
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and team retrospectives

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field
• Strong interest in information systems and agile project management
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps or Jira
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

1. Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies
• Technical coursework or coding experience is a plus
