KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Visual and content management

  • In charge of planning and execution of store visual and all formats of media content, and interpreting brand equity into all related online touchpoints

EC media

  • Develop traffic strategy of Wall’s ice cream FGSs on all eCommerce channels and well execution into daily operation to achieve ROI result
  • Deliver competitive paid media performance within Ali, JD, Pinduoduo & Douyin channel
  • Lead exchange out-site media and social seeding (such as donglian&tianhe) for all ice cream brands
  • Ali, JD, Pinduoduo & Douyin data tools capability, e.g., strategy centre, databank, bring insight into implication
  • Assist in developing and executing short video content strategies to support product exposure and traffic generation in Douyin
  • Fast learning and quick implication on any new media approach
  • Manage brand FGSs’ traffic financial process

CRM

  • Develop CRM strategy of Wall’s ice cream FGSs on all eCommerce (Ali, JD& Douyin) and well execution into daily operation to achieve membership optimization
  • Coordinate the monthly CRM calendar and align content with internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with agency partners to ensure timely and effective delivery of SMS communication
  • Participate in the design and implementation of CRM activations and personalized touchpoints
  • Monitor performance and provide data-driven insights and recommendations for optimization

Plan and execute annual traffic plan and full year traffic efficiency optimization

  • Plan and execute analysis on traffic effectiveness on Ali, JD, Pinduoduo & Douyin;
  • Plan and execute continuously optimization of the ROI across different traffic sources (search, paid, exchanged, etc.);
  • Work as the contact window of ecommerce traffic management.

Plan and execute annual CRM plan and full year membership efficiency optimization

  • Plan and execute analysis on membership effectiveness on Ali, JD & Douyin;
  • Plan and execute continuously optimization of the CRM efficiency

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor degree or above;
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English;
  • E-commerce traffic experience is must;
  • E-commerce CRM experience will be strong plus;
  • More than 2 years FMCG/TP/ISV experience will be strong plus.

LEADERSHIP:

  • Strong ownership and responsibility to lead and drive project;
  • Strong capability to influence cross function team and agencies to on-time deliver tasks;
  • Strong ability to manage both urgent and important issues in a timely manner; setting priorities; handling pressure.
