Assistant Manager – EC & Digital (hereafter “the role”) will plan and implement EC trade marketing strategy, scope includes EC customers’ P&L management, promotion plan set up, key performance monitoring and EC key data update, etc.

  1. EC Trade Marketing Strategy:A)Closely work with EC team to set up EC trade marketing strategy by translating brand /portfolio strategy and priority to channel/customer growth plan and analyzing industry and competitors’ performance.B)Responsible for tracking and achieving business targets and progress across all EC channels, including SI, SO, GMV, pricing etc. Business cycle set up and management, including but not limited to M+1 Plan & M-1 Review.
  2. P&L Management: Collaborate with EC team to monthly evaluate and track EC customers’ P&L.
  3. Promotion: Familiar with various promotional strategies across different EC channels. Analyze historical brand promotion performance, approve and execute channel promotion plans, ensuring maximum cost-effectiveness under a unified guideline across all channels.
  4. Trade Promo: As bridge between MKT team and EC team, to develop and implement brand's monthly promotion plan in trade. Supervise and follow up of annual and monthly trade promotion budget allocation.
  5. Supply Chain Management: Based on product demand, and inventory turnover across channels, support EC team to provide channel forecasts to enhance efficiency.
  6. Key Data Consolidation & Update: Develop and track key dimension of EC performance, set up regular tracking process, keep key stakeholder understand the result on-timely, and recommends actions to optimize performance.
  7. Authorization Work

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong accountability, self-motivated with a sense of ownership, and a result-oriented mindset person, with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to plan business based on data analysis and insights, and basic knowledge of finance.
  • English as working language

Work Environment:

  • Office-based, regular travel is required.

Experience:

  • At least 3-5 years’ experience in FMCG or health industry, with deep knowledge of EC models and trade marketing experiences.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
