Job Description

  • Lifelong learning: You will broaden your expertise in GaN reliability characterization techniques and gain a deeper understanding of fast wafer level reliability (fWLR) methodology
  • Experience research: You design and develop new characterization methods of GaN reliability on standardized fWLR equipment
  • Take responsibility: You will validate the developed methods by testing them on state-of-the-art GaN transistors
  • Reliable work: You ensure seamless integration by correlating new tests with established characterization methods

Your Profile

  • Study Field: You are currently pursuing a master's degree in electrical engineering, physics or similar
  • Interests: You have a solid understanding of semiconductor physics
  • Personality: You are hands-on and enjoy working in the lab
  • Experience: You already gained programming experience (ideally in programming measurement routines and data analysis)
  • Language skills: You have fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
